Arab is a young Afghan Kirghiz boy in the isolated Pamir mountains. He is the youngest son of the leader of the Afghan Kirghiz tribe, Khan Abdurrashid Khan. He was named Arab, because he was born when his father was invited personally by Afghan President Hamid Karzai to conduct hajj pilgrimage in the holy land of Mecca in Saudi Arabia.
