The Kazakh children of Ölgii, the westernmost city of Mongolia, parade on the streets with their traditional costumes. The western Mongolian province of Bayan-Ölgii is inhabited mainly by the minority Muslim Kazakh, who proudly maintain their distinctive identity among the Mongolian society. Besides the religion and language, the Mongol Kazakh still preserve their unique ancient tradition of eagle hunting.
