A Kazakh bride prepares to leave her family house, as she is going to a mosque for nikah, an Islamic procession to legalize a marriage. The Muslim Kazakh in Western Mongolia has adopted Russian culture. Most of the wed couples here wear Western costumes but still have traditional and religious elements in their wedding processions.
