Afghan protesters demonstrated in front of the office of UNAMA (United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan) in Kabul, urging foreign troops and missions to leave the country. The foreign mission involvement was warmly welcomed by the Afghans at the early years of post-Taliban era, as they were hoping of new changes after decades of wars and turmoils. But due to corruption and inefficiency, plus worsening security, life was not as expected for many. It triggered more resentment to the current government and foreign missions in the country.
