Thar is one of the driest deserts in the world. It it also the most populated desert, with millions of people live in hundreds of village scattering the desert. The inhabitants usually travel to the nearby town of Umerkot to sell their animals. The public transport departs from the desert villages in early morning, and return back from the town in the afternoon. That’s the time for the people to go back to the dry desert they call home.
