Every 22 Bahman on Iranian calendar, Iran celebrates the Victory of the Islamic Revolution. The celebration was focused on the Azadi (“Freedom”) street and Azadi Square, attended by thousands of people. The celebration was more a political rally, accentuated by anti-US and anti-Western slogan. Many of the rally participant, including these young boys, dressed as if they were part of Hizbullah or Hamas moment, with faces covered in balaclava mask and checkered shawl. They also carry the pictures of Ruhollah Khomeini–the first Supreme Leader of Iran who led the Islamic Revolution–and Ali Khamenei–the current Supreme Leader of Iran.
